In this treatise, Rinpoche follows the explanation of the Heart Sutra by Shri Singha, which was translated into Tibetan by the great translator Vairochana (sher snying 'grel pa sngags su bkral ba). Rinpoche's commentary contains the root stanzas of the Heart Sutra as well as Vairochana's original text. Appendices include the sixteen classifications of emptiness and a brief history of Prajnaparamita teaching.
